Dead Swans Mega Post - Interview and Demo
What’s up? Can you tell us a little bit about yourself such as bands you’ve been in and what you do in your spare time?
Hi, I’m Nicholas. I’m currently living in Brighton searching for bar work or any at all thinking about it I sing in dead swans, its going really well for us right now, in my spare time? I’m not really sure what to write ha… I hangout in Brighton with friends, see my girlfriend a lot and skate when it’s not raining or to windy (I hate wind) unless it’s pushing me. Other than that I sleep.
Last time you played the underworld, the show was a complete sell out I gather. You lads hoping its going to be the same this time round and did you ever imagine you’d get to headline these kind of venues playing in a hardcore band?
Turnouts at DS shows are always different it’s always really fun but different every time which is cool. On the selling out venues thing; it’s very flattering, but I don’t really mind, I never expected things to go this far with dead swans. It makes me laugh sometimes but it does feel nice to when I get told nice things about what I’m doing.
I know it’s a bit unfair, but who out of the Royal Rumble line up are you expecting big things for in 2009, besides yourselves of course?

Are you still skating and are you still getting free shit from Heroin?
Still skating a lot but not for heroin. I go out on my own a lot along Brighton beach to Hove. There’s a small park there and its nice when kids are in school and the place is empty, whole park to myself. Nice.
Seeing as Royal Rumble is going to be one huge party, share some of your more sketchy party stories with us?
Usually ends with a sore butt and wondering what happened. I don’t know, I’m trying to cut down on a lot of things at the moment, my heads all scrambled I don’t like talking about the nights before .
Any thing you’d like to say to kids reading this before we call it quits?
